Week 11 D/ST Streamers
If you’re looking for streaming options for Week 11, there are a few options with high upside. Here are three defenses to consider for your fantasy rosters.
Philadelphia Eagles (vs. New Orleans Saints)
I bet you didn’t know the Eagles are actually kind of good. They won two of their last three games, with the one loss coming in a close one to the Los Angeles Chargers. Over the last four weeks, Philly’s defense has been the sixth-best unit in fantasy football on the back of 7 sacks, 1 INT, 2 fumble recoveries, and 2 defensive TDs. They held the Broncos to 13 points in Week 10.
As they look to get on a run heading towards the playoffs, the Eagles have a Week 11 matchup with the New Orleans Saints and their shaky quarterback situation. The Saints’ offensive line gave up 4 sacks last week, and Philadelphia can get after the quarterback. They’re an interesting streaming option.
San Francisco 49ers (at Jacksonville Jaguars)
If you watched Monday Night Football, you saw a San Francisco 49ers defense (and offense, for that matter) that was clicking on all cylinders. They picked off Matthew Stafford twice and held the potent LA offense to only 10 points.
In Week 11, the 49ers get Jacksonville, which is as good a matchup as it gets. Trevor Lawrence and the Jaguars allow the third-most fantasy points to opposing defenses. If the Niners want to get on a run and make things interesting for a playoff spot, dominating the Jaguars will be a good start.
Cincinnati Bengals (at Las Vegas Raiders)
The reality of the situation is that the Raiders’ offense lost a dynamic element when they released Henry Ruggs III. He was their leading receiver, and Las Vegas has now failed to top 16 points in two straight games.
The Cincinnati Bengals got destroyed 41-16 by the Cleveland Browns two weeks ago, but are now coming out of their bye week. With an extra week to plan and rest, they should come back with a renewed focus on maintaining their position in the AFC Playoff picture. Facing the disjointed Las Vegas offense presents a great opportunity for Cincinnati’s defense to get right.
